Severely Errored Framing Seconds (SEFS)

Number of seconds with one or more out of frame defects or a 
detected incoming AIS.

Line Coding Violations (LCV)

Number of BPVs (bipolar violations) and EXZs (excessive zeros) 
that have occurred.

Line Errored Seconds (LES)

Number of seconds in which one or more CVs or one or more loss 
of signal (LOS) defects occurred.
