Reboot the phone. 

 

If the phone is being powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE), disconnect and reconnect 
the local area network (LAN) cable. 

 

If the phone is being powered by a power cable, disconnect and reconnect the power 
cable.

After the bootup process finishes, the new identity displays on the phone.
