The RS232 interface can be connected by using a shielded 9-pin Sub-D cable.
Note:
5 VDC can be connected to

of X3 (COM) to operate, e.g., a barcode
scanner. For this purpose,
switch S2 COM +5V
in the service slot must be
set to ON.
