Driver Installation

The MI-960 drivers are located in the following directories on the

Driver DVD, or can be downloaded from the ADLINK website

(

http://www.adlinktech.com

):

Follow the instructions below to install the required MI-960 drivers:

1. Install the Windows operating system before installing any 

driver. Most standard I/O device drivers are installed during 

Windows installation.

2. Install the 

Chipset driver

 by running the program 

X:\Industrial Motherboard\MI-960\Chipset\infinst_autol.exe

. 

Follow the instructions given and reboot when instructed.

3. Install the 

Display driver

 and utilities by running the program 

X:\Industrial Motherboard\MI-960\VGA\Windows XP\winxp
_14331.exe

. Follow the instructions given and reboot when 

instructed.

4. Install the 

LAN1 driver (Intel)

 by running the program 

X:\Industrial Motherboard\MI-960\Ethernet\Intel\
Windows XP\PRO2KXP.exe

. Follow the instructions given 

and reboot if required.

5. Install the 

LAN2 driver (Marvell)

 by running the program 

X:\Industrial Motherboard\MI-960\Ethernet\Marvel\setup.exe

. Follow the instructions given and reboot if required.

6. Install the Audio driver by running the program 

X:\Industrial Motherboard\MI-960\Audio\Windows XP\
WDM_R193.exe

. Follow the instructions given and reboot if 

required.
