Power Supply Unit

ATX: OS turns off system power when shut down. NOTE: AT
mode will not support S3 & S4.

State After G3

Specify what state to go to when power is re-applied after a power
failure (G3 state).

Options: Power On, Power Off, Last State

RTC Wake system from S5

Enables/disables System wake on alarm event.

Selects FixedTime, system will wake on the hr::min::sec specified.
