Appendix A Power Consumption
A.1 Power Consumption Reference
Power consumption as follows is based on lab data in which 12V
DC is applied and current is measured by the DC power supply.
The power consumption (W) is calculated as the product of
applied voltage (V) and the current (A).
Platforms tested for this data have available external I/O inter-
faces, and are attached to supported devices such as keyboard/
mouse, USB dummy load, COM loopback, LAN port, PCIe add-on
card, and with an internal SSD driver installed.
