Notice:

If the DIP is set to RS-422 or RS-485 mode for cPCI-6968 while

there is no loading connected, while power is on, there might be an
uncertain state on the bus which maybe recognize as receive mode and
the RED LED will turn on. The module will filter this condition and there is
no really receive operation.
