REBOOT

Navigate

Menu > Settings > Reboot

to reboot and switch the terminal to Normal Mode.

FACTORY RESET

Navigate to

Menu > Settings > Factory Reset

to factory reset the terminal.

Enter security code for factory reset (Default: 0000).

NOTE:

By default, the security code is 0000. Once you change the Terminal PIN, the Factory Reset password is
changed to match the Terminal PIN.

TERMINAL INFO

Navigate to

Menu > Settings > Terminal Info

to check for the detail of the terminal.

You may need to supply this information when contacting your service provider.

LOGS

Navigate to

Menu > Settings > Log

to view the Event Log or Error Log of the terminal.

Click

Export all Logs

in order to export the logs.
