11.3.5 Terminal Info
Navigate to
Menu > Settings > Terminal Info > Information
in order to check for the detail of the
terminal.
You may need to supply this information when contacting your service provider.
Logs
Navigate to
Menu > Settings > Terminal Info > Logs
to view the Event Log or Error Log of the
terminal. Click
Export all Logs
in order to export the logs.
Data Log
Navigate to
Menu > Settings > Terminal Info > Data Log
to view the data usage of the terminal.
Click
Export all Logs
in order to export the logs.
From data log, user can check for the public IP address of the terminal.
Example: 161.30.22.119 for the current activated data session (status: in progress).
