Check the efficacy of the AddBike’s brakes by squeezing the brake lever of the AddBike;
•
Check the proper tightening of the brake handle (the handle should not move around the
handlebar). Check the brake balance

If braking is not balanced on both wheels, refer to section 8.B.

Check that the brake cables of the bike and of the AddBike brake handle are securely held
by the cable clamp

Check the tire pressure of the AddBike’s wheels. It must be between 3.5 and 4 bars

Check the pressure of the rear wheel of your bike (refer to the instruction of your bike)

Check that the flange system of the AddBike is correctly tightened on the fork: adjusting
the thumbwheel by hand

Check that the cable of the front brake and that of the tilting wheels’ handle pass between
the plaques of the fixing mechanism

Check that the rear flange and front flange are in full contact with the bike’s fork

Check the correct tightening of the quick release axle on the fork dropouts.
