3.1 Cleaning the Electrodes
To perform precise measurement, clean the electrodes before and after measurement.
In insulation resistance measurement, dirt on the electrodes or sample residue may
cause measurement errors.

Cleaning the Internal Electrode

Procedure:
1.
Remove the M terminal (4), the G terminal (5) and the flat head screw M3X20 (6), and
disassemble the internal electrode.
2.
Clean the disassembled parts with the sample liquid, then ultrasonic-clean them with ab-
solute alcohol.
3.
Clean the insulating materials (7) to (10) to remove the sample residue completely.
After cleaning, do not touch them with empty hands.
CAUTION
