6.0 Replacing the display 

To replace the display, ensure that you have switched off the power, then follow these steps: 

 

 

Remove the scale’s exterior casing 

 

Disconnect all exterior wires and power cables leading to the PCB display. 

 

 

 

 
 

 
 
 

 

 

 

Lift the display from the 4 pegs located in the corners of the display 

 

Once detached, attach the new display to the pegs then connect the previously 
detached wires to the new display unit. Screw in to secure. 

 

7.0 Replacing the PCB 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

To replace the PCB, ensure that you have switched off the power, then follow these steps: 

 

 

Unscrew the plastic cover for the charging board and USB components located 
beneath the scale 

 

Remove the USB and charging component
