LIGHT ENGINE / LAMP ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT
MAINTENANCE
Disconnect input leads on the charger
board. Remove plastic cover from the
housing.
CHARGER BOARD REPLACEMENT

Remove all the screws from the
charger
board,
replace
the
charger
board.
Connect
the
connectors
in
the
same
orientation to the new charger
board.

Disconnect all connectors from the
charger board.

Connectors
Open the unit and disconnect all
connectors from the charger board,
remove screws from the plastic
cover and charger board and take
them out.

Remove the mounting screws from bracket and remove the lamp
assembly and carefully unplug connectors from lamp assembly.
Reconnect the connectors to the new lamp, reinstall the lamp assembly
and ensure that the lamp wires are not pinched.
