(Caree) or that of your Child.
This may include many other aspects of
your health and wellbeing that may
affect your Asthma or perhaps it does
not affect Asthma but might be related
to another health condition.
You can add this data manually to your
Asthma

From the
Menu
select,
Add Data
and
then open up the types of data to be
added.
