Download the

Wellness App
from the App Store appropriate to your device. Search for
Activ8rlives
in the search bar of your App Store or scan the QR code below and it will take you to the appropriate
App Store for your device.
Apple devices running iOS 10 or above that are Bluetooth Smart Ready
(typically Bluetooth 4.0 or later)

iPhone 5 or later, iPad 4th generation or
later, iPad Mini 2 or later, all iPad Air and iPad Pro models or iPod touch
6th generation.
Android devices running Android 5.0 or later that are Bluetooth Smart
Ready (typically Bluetooth 4.0 or later).
