Compliant with VITA 46: Base VPX Standard
VITA 46.4 complaint backing signals either 4x (fat pipe) or 8x (double fat pipe) PCIe.
Rear I/O routed per VITA 46.9 P2w1-P64s.
Front I/O is only available on the VPX4810 (air cooled) model.
