5.3.2   Other Environmental Requirements
5.3.2.1   Relative Humidity

The range of acceptable relative humidity is 5% to 95% non-condensing.

5.3.2.2   Isolation

The RS-485 ports are individually isolated from digital circuitry and from each
other. They maintain 250V(AC rms or DC) of isolation from digital and
100V(AC rms or DC) isolation from each other.

Note

: Not all AcroPack carriers are able to maintain this level of isolation.

Consult the AcroPack carrier documentation for supported isolation
voltages.

5.3.3   Vibration and Shock Standards

The AcroPack module is designed to pass the following Vibration and Shock
standards.

Vibration, Sinusoidal Operating:

Designed to comply with IEC 60068-2-6:

10-500Hz, 5G, 2 Hours/axis

Vibration, Random Operating:

Designed to comply with IEC 60068-2-64: 10-

500Hz, 5G-rms, 2 Hours/axis

Shock, Operating:

Designed to comply with IEC 60068-2-27: 30G, 11ms half

sine, 50G, 3mS half sine, 18 shocks at 6 orientations for both test levels

5.3.4   EMC Directives

The AcroPack module complies with EMC Directive 2004/108/EC.

Immunity per EN 61000-6-2:

Electrostatic Discharge Immunity (ESD), per IEC 61000-4-2.

Radiated Field Immunity (RFI), per IEC 61000-4-3.

Electrical Fast Transient Immunity (EFT), per IEC 61000-4-4.

Surge Immunity, per IEC 61000-4-5.

Conducted RF Immunity (CRFI), per IEC 61000-4-6.

Emissions per EN 61000-6-4:

Enclosure Port, per CISPR 16.
