If your Drive is equipped with multiple interfaces (e.g. UsB 2.0 and esata)
never use more than one interface at a time. Doing so may damage the
Drive, damage your computer, and void the warranty.
Step 1: Connect the AC adpater:
1. Plug the small, round connector into the Drive's Power Port.

Plug the other end into an AC outlet.
Step 2: Connect the interface cable:
If using USB 2.0/1.1….
The USB cable has a Type 'A' connector at one
end and a Type 'B' connector at the other end.
The connectors can only be plugged in one way.
Be sure to correctly insert them or you may dam-
age the Drive and void the warranty.
1. Plug the Type A connector of the USB cable into
a USB port on your computer/hub.
. Plug the Type B connector into the USB .0 port on the Drive.
