15.5 Exclusion of Liability
Neither compliance with the operating manual nor operation and use of the PB300 Li-Ion can be monitored
by the manufacturer. We therefore assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for losses, damage or
costs resulting from or in any way associated with faulty use or incorrect actions.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in terms of products, technical data or assembly and
operating instructions without notice.
Unauthorized tampering with the PB300 Li-Ion or operation not in compliance with
designated use will invalidate the warranty! If problems occur it will be necessary to consult
with the manufacturer for a decision on whether the PB300 Li-Ion should be sent in to the
manufacturer or repaired on site.

Delivery and Assembly
16.1 General Notes
Check to make sure the PB300 Li-Ion does not show any signs of transport damage. If damage is
discovered, it is essential to submit a detailed report of damage to the manufacturer within three days after
receiving the goods. We recommend you retain the packaging so it can be reused to send in the PB300 Li-
Ion if a flaw is discovered.
If damage is discovered, safety is no longer ensured!
Do not place the PB300 Li-Ion and
connected devices in operation if they are damaged!
