For most communication problems between the meter and pump, the meter displays a message with a
short description of the symptom and, along with it, a proposed solution. This chapter goes into more detail
by describing the symptom, the possible cause, and the possible solution. If the possible solutions do not
fix the problem, contact Roche. For information about troubleshooting the standard meter features, see the
Standard Owner’s Booklet.
