Accu-Chek lancing devices are for single patient use only. The same device must not be used for multiple patients.

    Change your lancet after every use. Do not reuse the lancet.

 

Remove cap.

Insert lancet drum.
White part goes into the pen.

 

Select penetration depth.
Rotate the cover. 
Higher number, 
deeper penetration. 

Press the plunger to prick
finger.

Tip:
Grip the pen with 4 fingers.
Use thumb to push plunger
down. 

Slide the white lever back and
forth to change lancet.

‘6’ indicates
first lancet.

‘1’ indicates
last lancet.

Replace cap.
