Once energized in no case should the compressor be restarted within 3 minutes of start. In the situation that
memry function is available for the first energization and the compressor is at a stop before de-energization the
compressor can be restarted without waiting 3 minutes. If the compressor is in operation before de-energization
the compressor will start after 3 minutes. Once started the compressor will should not be stopped for 6 minutes
regarless of changes in room temperature.

3. Cooling Mode

Working conditions and process of cooling.

When in

AM/PRESET

the unit will enter cooling operation in which case the indoor fan, outdoor fan, and com-

pressor will start and the indoor fan will run at preset speed.
When in

AM/PRESET

-3.6F the compressor will stop and the outdoor fan will stop after 60 s. The indoor fan will

run at the preset speed.
When

PRESET

 -3.6F

AM/PRESET

1.8F the unit will remain at its precious state.

Under this mode the four-way valve will be de-energized and the temperature set within a range of 61-86F.

If the compressor is shut down for some reason the indoor fan and the swing device will operate at original

state.

4. Protection

Antifreeze Protection

Cooling and dehumidifying mode will start 6 minutes after the compressor starts.
-If evap is at 35.6F the compressor will operate at reduced frequency.
-If evap is at 30.2 F for 3 minutes the compressor will stop and 1 minute after the outdoor fan will stop. Under
cooling mode the indoor fan and swing motor will remain at the original state.
-If evap is at 42.8 F and the compressor has remained off for at least 3 minutes, the compressor will resume it’s
original operation state.

Total Current up and frequency down protection

-If

Itotal

16 a frequency rise will occur. If

Itotal

is over 17 a frequency rise will not occur. If

Itotal

 is over 18 the

compressor will run at reduced frequency  and if the

Itotal

is over 20 the compressor will stop and the outdoor

fan will stop with a time lag of 60s.

5. Dehumidifying Mode

Working conditions and process of dehumidifying

-If AM/PRESET 1.8F the unit will enter cooling and dehumidifying mode in which case the compressor and the
outdoor fan will operate and the indoor fan will run at low speed.
If PRESET -3.6 F AM /PRESET 1.8 F the compressor remains at its original operation state.
