Mount the smoke alarm device to the
detector base by turning it clockwise
as far as the hinge.

Start-up
The detector can only be operated if it has been
properly mounted on the mounting plate beforehand.
The detector emits a signal tone when it has been
activated successfully and is therefore ready for operation.
