Limitation of liability
Your rights are limited to the repair or replacement of this product in its as-
delivered condition. ABUS does not assume liability for any special, incidental or
consequential damages, including but not limited to accrued loss of profit or
earnings, restrictions in the use of software, loss or recovery of data, costs for
replacement equipment, downtimes, property damages or claims of third parties
resulting from, among others, contractual, legal or tort recovery claims created
by the warranty, irrespective of limited warranty stipulations or those implied by
law or in the event that the limited warranty is invalid, the extent of liability of
ABUS Security-Center is limited to the purchase price of this product.
We reserve the right to make changes to these instructions without prior notice.
