13. Warranty
J. The Client shall not sell or market Products not in compliance with the Laws and Regulations mentioned
required the conformity of the Products to said laws and Regulations and not duly informed

of their content before the date of transmission of the latter’s confirmation order;

force after the date of transmission of the confirmation order by

under letter H and I above. In the case of the contrary, the Client shall exclude any liability for Provides
US, Inc.
for any damage or loss suffered by the latter, due to any third party’s and/or authority’s claim
raised as a consequence of the manufacture by
Provides US, Inc.

with the above mentioned Laws and Regulations.
