(3). IR1: IR Header (Infrared)
There is a specific orientation for pins 1 through 6,
attach the connector from the IR KIT or IR device to
the IR1 header. This motherboard supports standard IR
transfer rates.
Note: Watch the pin position and the orientation
(4). SMB1: System Management Bus (SM-Bus) Connectors
This connector is reserved for the system management
bus (SM-Bus). The SM-Bus is a specific
implementation of an I

C bus. I

C is a multi-master bus,
this means that multiple chips can be connected to the
same bus and each one can act as a master by initiating
a data transfer. If more than one master simultaneously
tries to control the bus, an arbitration procedure decides
which master gets
priority. You can
connect the devices
which utilizes the
SM-Bus.
