Fo r best results fro m yo ur U ltra D M A /33, yo ur P C must meet the fo llo w ing
requirements:
1. Y o ur mo therbo ard must suppo rt the U ltra D M A /33 interface.
2. It must suppo rt the U ltra D M A hard drive.
3. It must suppo rt the o perating system’s U ltra D M A driver so ftw are. A ll packages
so ld by A B IT co ntain this driver so ftw are. C o mplete the installatio n pro cess
exactly as belo w ;
In W indo w s 95, place the U ltra D M A /33 diver disk into the flo ppy drive. T he file
‘B mide_95’ (co mpressed) w ill appear. R un this file. T he file w ill auto matically
deco mpress the fo llo w ing files; R E A D M E .T X T , _IN S T 32I.E X _, _S E T U T .D LL,
_S E T U P .LIB , P IIX D R V .Z, S E T U P .E X E , S E T U P .IN S
