STEP 3
1) Connect the upper computer cable (77) and lower computer cable (78).
2) Assemble the handlebar post (10) on the main frame (1) by using the spring washer
(5), the curved washer (6) and Allen bolt (8).
3) Assemble the handle bar (12) on the handlebar post (10) by using the spring
washer (5), knob (70), the flat washer (71), the bushing (72) and the protective
cover (73).
