4.3.2 PA liner
For use with aluminium, copper, nickel and stainless steels

Sharpen the beginning of the PA liner
ABICOR BINZEL
sharpener.

Slide PA liner
through the wire conduit
into the inlet nipple
a noticeable resistance is felt.

Slide clamp nipple
, O-ring
and nut
on the
PA-liner
and tighten the nut
under tension.

Mark a PA liner
that is too long in front of the wire feed rolls.

Cut the PA liner
at the mark directly in front of the wire feed rolls by
means of the
ABICOR BINZEL
cutter
.
6
Sharpen the cutting point.

• In PA liners with an outer diameter of 4.00 mm, the capillary tube in the
distance adaptor must be replaced with a support tube.
