Please observe the attached document on the warranty. In the event of questions and/or problems, please
contact your retailer or the manufacturer.
11 Disassembly

Disconnect the wire conduit from the wire feeder.

Remove the parts to be disconnected.

Disconnect the front drive MF1-Laser Front/Rear from the flex supply.

Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious injuries and damage to the
device. The product warranty will be rendered invalid if work is carried out on the product by
unauthorized persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning and repair work may be carried out only by qualified personnel (in
Germany, see TRBS 1203).
NOTICE
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding components, such as the power source,
welding torch system, re-circulating cooling unit, etc.

Wire is not fed
• Motor defective
• Check by specialized personnel
• Replace motor gearbox
Wire is not
sufficiently fed
(slippage)
• Dirt and debris on the wire feed rolls
• Clean the wire feed rolls
• Contact pressure too low
• Correctly set the contact pressure
• Friction on the cable assembly too high
• Blow out wire conduit
• Check how the wire conduit is laid and optimize as
needed (bend large radii as little as possible)

DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start
The following instructions must be followed during all maintenance, servicing, assembly, disassembly, and
repair work:
• Switch off the power source.
• Close off the gas supply.
• Close off the coolant supply.
• Close off the compressed air supply.
• Switch off the entire welding system.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.

• Disassembly may be carried out only by qualified personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
