6.1.1 Cutting torch body
The
ABIPLAS

CUT HF
cutting torch bodies are available in the three output currents 70 A,
110 A and 150 A, each based on a duty cycle of 60%. The cutting torch head is positioned at
an angle of 110° to the handle axis. The plasma nozzle, protective cap, swirl ring, electrode
and insulator are all wear parts that can be easily replaced by inserting or screwing on spare
parts. To protect the operator, the screw-on protective cap is equipped with a safety cut-out
mechanism, which will automatically interrupt the inrush current circuit if the protective cap is
removed. Accessories such as torch carriage, circular torch guide, template cutting guide and
spacer can be attached and locked onto the outer contour of the protective caps.
6.1.2 Handle
The ergonomically shaped handle is equipped with a trigger. A trigger guard prevents the
cutting torch being accidentally switched on when laid down.
