into the ABIDRIVE connection bush
NOTICE
• The valve of the shielding gas cylinder must be closed when the gas hose is installed.
• To ensure a tight connection between the shielding gas hose and the connector, the nut must be tightened completely
using a spanner.
NOTICE
• Only use intermediate cable assemblies and torch cable assemblies designed for the ABIDRIVE V2.
• Applies to liquid-cooled welding torches only.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding components, such as welding torch and power source.
• Ensure that the coolant supply and return hoses have been correctly installed.
Coolant supply = blue, coolant return = red.
• Do not use deionised or demineralised water as coolant or for leak and flow tests. This may shorten your welding
torch’s service life.
• Only use special welding coolant.
• We recommend using
ABICOR BINZEL
BTC coolant.
• The use of unsuitable coolants may damage the system and void the warranty.
