Possible Cause / Suggested Ac-
tion
PF below trip/warn level
120,
121
Active power consumption
of the motor is too low
Either the motor is idle (not loaded)
or the motor load is not connected
because of a broken belt or a dry
running pump etc.
Check load side
Phase loss (voltage)
122
No voltage on one more
phases. Possible causes
are a blown fuse or a wire
break.
Check fuses
Check wiring on supply side.
Phase imbalance
(voltage)
123
There is a high imbal-
ance on supply side e.g.
because of unsymmetrical
load of the three phases.
Check supply side especially the
fuses and supply line.
Voltage out of range
124
The voltage is out of the
specified voltage range
Check supply side. See 95 – 98.
Wrong Phase Sequence
(voltage)
125
The phases were wired in
incorrect order.
Check wiring
Voltage DIP
144
Undervoltage / no voltage
situation is too long
The DIP took longer than config-
ured in parameter

A problem occured dur-
ing parameter exchange
between the UMC and the
LCD panel.
Check that the parameters / appli-
cation stored in the LCD panel can
be handled from the used UMC.
Do not remove the panel while
parameter exchange
Do not remove power while param-
eter exchange.
Resetting Parameters to Factory Defaults
It is possible to reset all parameters to the factory default settings. The fieldbus address is not affected
from the reset command. Also the different maintenance counters are not affected but must be resetted
manually at the UMC100-PAN.
The reset command can be activated via:
•
UMC100-PAN
Resetting the Password
The password can always be set or disabled using the UMC100 DTM (PBDTM) or using the UMC100-
PAN.
