What to look for during troubleshooting depends on when the fault occurred. Was
the robot recently installed or was it recently repaired? The following table gives
hints on what to look for in specific situations.
Check:

connectors
•
options and their configuration
•
changes in the robot working space/movements.

all connections to the replaced part

•
that the correct part has been fitted
•
the last repair documents.
The robot has recently
been repaired

compatibilities between hardware and software
•
options and their configuration
The robot recently had a
software upgrade

The robot has recently
been moved from one site
to another (an already
working robot)
