Exchange the control unit (SDCS-CON-H01)

General

All DCS880 size H1 … H8 are equipped with the same control unit (3ADT220166R0002), thus the exchange is

similar for all unit sizes.

Note:

The control unit includes the SDCS-CON-H01.

Required Tools

Special tools or material needed in addition to standard tools for the exchange of the control unit:

−

Torx screwdrivers: TX10, TX20, TX25

Before the work is started, disconnect the converter completely from the power supply,

then check the voltage free condition and make sure, everything is located in an electrical

and mechanical safe condition!

Overview of control unit exchange

1. Write down type code of the drive.

2. Set the jumpers on the new control unit according to the old control unit.

3. Exchange the control unit.

4. Set type code of the drive.

1. Write down type code of the drive

Write down the contents of 95.25 Set: Type code. This information must be set manually in the new control unit.

2. Set the jumpers on the new control unit according to the old control unit

Copy the jumper settings (J1 … J6) of the old control unit onto the new control unit accordingly.
