Putting out of Service 

WARNING 
Electric shock! 
You must disconnect the voltage for the current circuit, in which the 
electrical equipment is integrated, when putting the device out of 
service. Otherwise there is a danger of electric shock. 

Putting the Heatable Sample Gas Line out of Service 

 

Step Action 

1 

Disconnect the power supply to the sample gas pump. 

2 

Disconnect the power supply to the heated sample gas line. 

3 

For toxic or highly corrosive gases: Purge the sample gas line with 
instrument air (dry, oil and grease-free) or dry nitrogen.
