The 'sleeping' mic-link presets are activated with the button
between the faders M1 & M2, and M3 & M4. The master
is to the left, the slaves control the ±12dBu balance.

Contrary to the sleeping mic-links, line-links are immediately
activated from the selection menu. Slaved faders have no
balance function, they get their gain value from the master.
