6.1 Adjusting the handles to the correct height
NOTE - To avoid malfunctions or defects, store the s-max aviation in a frost-free environment for
at least one hour prior to start-up.
NOTE - Press UP/DOWN switch only a few seconds after switching on!
6 Starting up
WARNING - The handle must have been securely fixed with the locking screw so that the
handle adjustment does not change directly!
CAUTION - Pay attention to the pinch point at the groove opening to avoid injuries!
Extract the handle to shoulder
height.
Tighten the locking screw
clockwise.
6.2 Transverse adjustment of handle
Turn the locking screw
for transverse adjustment
counterclockwise.
Move the handle in the
desired direction.
Tighten the locking screw
clockwise.
On very narrow stairs, the handle might bump. In these cases, adjust the handle in the transverse
direction.
