transfer takes place, a heat rise of approximately 20-25
o
F will occur, and an
increase of approximately 4
o
F per minute will occur during recirculation. As the
system is first used from an ambient condition, the recirculation time to achieve
setpoint will take less time as successive cycles are performed. This initially
longer recirculation time can be avoided by heating 100% of the solution via the
"System/Chem Clean Up" Mode located in the maintenance menu. (Refer to
appropriate section in this manual for operation instructions).
When temperature setpoint is reached, the water flow bypasses the heater to
obtain full agitation in the PT. While the inline heater has a maximum
temperature output of 120
o
F, a lower cleaning temperature can be achieved by
changing the setpoint in the Resistivity Controller (RC). The "Min. Wash Time"
should be set to allow adequate heating and agitation time before continuing to
the next mode of the cycle.
When the water temperature falls to the hysterious point, set thru the RC, the
flow is diverted thru the water heater again until the temperature setpoint is
reached. This switching will occur as recirculation of the fluid continues in the
cleaning cycle.
Refer to RC Parameter Listing for default temp. setting and hysterious point.
