5.3 MAINTENANCE MENU
The Maintenance Menu provides access to many different functions of the Mega
II Cleaner. Below is a description of each function.
5.3.1 FILL SYSTEM HOLD TANK
The Fill System Hold Tank function utilizes the system pump for filling the
holding tank where the cleaning solution is stored. The holding tank has a 20
gallon maximum capacity. Follow instructions on the OP display to operate.
5.3.2 DRAIN SYSTEM HOLD TANK
The Drain System Hold Tank utilizes the system pump to drain cleaning
solution from holding tank. Follow instructions on the OP to operate.
Note:
This operation will not drain all solution from the system. There will
be residual fluid left in holding tank that the pump cannot drain. The
plumbing lines, IAC, etc. will also contain fluid and should be flushed
if changing to a different cleaning solution.
5.3.3 SYSTEM/CHEM. CLEANUP
The System/Chem. Cleanup function recirculates all fluid in the system
through the IAC until the resistivity setpoint entered is obtained. Follow
instructions on the OP to operate.
Use the information in to start the Cleanup process.
The clean-up cycle starts at this point and cleans until the resistivity setpoint is
reached. When the cycle completes, press the “
CLEAR
” key. The user can now
select another Maintenance Menu option or return to Main Menu.
5.3.4 RINSE DRAIN TIME
Use this function to set the amount of time required for draining the process
tank after the rinse mode. Time adjustment may be necessary if draining
vertically. See
