Is the helix cable inserted and locked? 

No: Insert helix cable into its socket and lock it.

Is the charger connected to the CR2303? 

Yes: Disconnect the charging cable.

Are the batteries empty?  

Yes: Charge the batteries.

Is the problem still present? 

Yes: Contact the manufacturer or the authorized dealer.

CR2303 does not drive

Is the safety chip for the engine immobillizer inserted? 

Yes: Contact the manufacturer or the authorized dealer.

Battery pack doesn’t charge

Contact the manufacturer or the authorized dealer.

The housing of the battery pack is 

damaged

Contact the manufacturer or the authorized dealer.
