The Virtual Desking function
The Virtual Desking function*
This function is used to increase your mobility on one or more sites (if they are networked).
Therefore, after enabling this function on a set in the network, you will find the characteristics
associated to your set (or subscriber number).
Examples :
- You receive the calls that are meant for you.
- You can change the programming of your call forwarding.
- You recover your personalized key programming (numbers or functions).
- You can access your personal abbreviated numbers.
Note
: however, the information stored in the set (for example, call log) cannot be accessed from another
set after restoring the rights.
Restoring your subscriber rights on a set*
You use an office for a moment and want to restore your calls and the characteristics
associated to your subscriber number.
Note
: before leaving your original set, we recommend programming immediate forwarding (for example,
on voicemail) to ensure that your calls are managed while you are absent.
1 - Successively press the keys

2 - Enter your
extension number
(or subscriber number).
3 - Enter your set's
Secret code
.
As soon as the code is validated, an audible message
and the display confirm the function is enabled.
The calls meant for you now arrive on this set and you
can access the various features associated to your
subscriber number.
Note
: your set no longer rings. However, another subscriber can
restore his rights or make emergency calls while you are absent.
