Create a User Information File
Create a User Information File with a text editor (like Notepad) according to the table below:

Attention: An empty line must be added at the end of file.

Go to Management (Basic) / Software Upload / Load Auxilary Files and upload the User
Information File at User Info file.
Click Browse to select the User Info File and then click Load File to upload it to SIP GW.
