The Download Logs window displays.

Click the “
CDR Logs
” tab.

Select the “from” and “to” dates of the log(s) you want to download.

Select the log type you want to download and then click
FILTER

Note:
Valid log types are
cdrlog
,
confcdrlog
, or
cdrlog/confcdrlog
(both).

Select a file(s) from the log list that you want to download to your local PC.
Note:
To select multiple files, hold down the
Ctrl
key and then click on all the files you want to
download.
