5.3 Control Problem
Appearance Possible reasons Exclusion method
No response when turning
the key switch
The power cord is not
connected
Check the line circuit and confirm
that the line is connected correctly.
Emergency stop switch is
pressed
Rotate the emergency stop switch to
reset it
The plate cannot rise when
the key switch is turned,
but can be lowered when
rotating in the opposite
direction
The plate is already at the top Normal
The wiring of the limit switch
is in a bad condition.
Check the circuit of the limit switch
to ensure a good connection.
The plate can rise when
the key switch is turned,
but cannot fall when
rotated in the opposite
direction.
Power unit solenoid valve coil
is damaged.
Replace the solenoid valve coil.
Poor fallout signal line contact
Check the anti-dropper line to ensure
a good connection
