If a second filling line is present: 
 
a)  Filling with line 1 until an optimal spreading is reached on the 

first side. In this case you have the possibility to exhaust with 
line 2, but this is not necessary. 

 
b)  Filling with line 2 until you have reached the maximum filling 

level. Do not use line 1 for exhausting. 

 
 
Please control in advance 
 

o

  The filling-set bracket must be bolt together with the lifting bar. 

o

  The filling pipes must be bolt together among each other by clamping rings so 

that no rotation occurs. 

o

  The filling coupling must be easily accessible (without using ladders etc.) and 

reachable. 

o

  The fabric neck on the filter lid must be pulled as far as possible over the filling 

pipe and beading rim and it must be fixed with a hose clamp. 

o

  All parts of the filling-system must be earthed and connected conductively. 

o

  Fasten the filling-set on the frame as well as controlling the filling parts among 

each other 

o

  If  filling  is  affected  from  the  outside  please  check  the  installment  situation  in 

the inside. 

o

  Close all the other openings on the silo bag.
