Scan the QR codes using your smartphone’s QR code reader:

1. Scan the first QR code to download the mobile application. Install and run the application

2. Scan the secon  QR code with SN number, or manually input the Serial Number in the
downloaded mobile application.

3. Tick the Cloud Service box on you DVR i click Save. Now you can view your cameras using
your mobile application and smartphone.

19. Input Settings

Please do confirm and set the video image resolution is FD1 or 960H before you connect video
input. It’s is very important. It will be related to record parameter setting, Sub-stream parameter
setting, record file resolution, and sub stream resolution.

Please set the input setting in “Main Menu” -> “System Setup” -> “Input Settings” interface as below:
