Once the flap servos are operational, check the current draw at full flap deflection.  It is important to be 

precise in setting the servo endpoints.  If you let the servo travel too far, the current draw will increase 

dramatically.  The goal is achieve 70-75 degrees of flap deflection at a very low current draw
