5 Using TMA Grand Master
In mixed mode, the application creates a separate file for PCR-related data. The file name is extended
with the PCR suffix. The worksheet includes Donor ID and image with the relevant number of PCR
sample.
If cores have been transferred to PCR tubes only, the following Export Window appears after clicking
the
Export
button in the toolbar:
1. You can import an existing file to which additional data will be appended. Click
Select File
then locate file.
2. Type a database name at the relevant field if you want create a new file.
3. Click
Browse
to set the destination folder of the file, and select the file type.
NOTE:
When opening XLS files in OpenOffice, links to external images cannot be opened.
4. Click
Save
to create the output file, or
Cancel
to exit the window without saving.
5. The created database includes three columns on one sheet, including donor-related data
and image, and the number of transferred cores.
