TMA Grand Master 2.1 – User’s Guide
5 Using TMA Grand Master
If you remove a donor block that is finalized (each selected core is transferred), and you are
replacing it with a donor block having a similar text on its label area and label matching
identifies it as the donor block you have removed, click the red cross icon next to the Donor
ID field. Click
Yes
in the pop-up window to delete ID and the markers of the previously used
donor block.
If you remove a donor block to which cores are selected to be transferred, the software
displays a message to warn you to place the block back to its position.
The lock on the right side of the donor block represents the status of the door of the device.
If this icon pulsates in red and green, it means that there is a donor block from which all of
the selected cores are extracted. In this case you must click the lock button first on the GUI,
then the button on the door to open it.
The lock automatically turns green after a process is finished. Each time after you remove or
replace a block, the camera records the block position, so the software displays an updated
image almost instantly.
Important!
Make sure when removing finished donor block (if every core selected for PCR transfer
has been extracted and loaded into the PCR tube) together with the relating PCR tube.
The following message is displayed to inform you about position number of the donor
and the relating PCR tubes.
